Andy Eklund

Andy is one of the most respected creative forces in C-suite training and the strategic communications industry in Asia-Pacific. He has 26 years of global experience, and is currently principal of AQUS (www.aqus.info), a consultancy specialising in business communications skills, with offices in Sydney and Chicago. Prior to establishing his own company, Andy was worldwide creative director for Burson-Marsteller, and managing director of Burson-Marsteller University globally and in Asia-Pacific. He was vice president of marketing communications for MasterCard International, executive vice president at Weber Shandwick, and senior vice president at Golin/Harris. To date, he’s accumulated 35,000 hours facilitating 6,000 workshops for 11,000 participants in 19 countries on 4 continents. He has developed corporate learning initiatives, executive communications workshops and mentoring programmes for clients across a wide range of industry sectors, and is accredited to use some of the world’s most well-known methodologies and psychometric tools, including LEGO® Serious Play™, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Team Management Systems®, GENOS® Emotional Intelligence, and the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process®.
